Responsibilities for Superintendent College Station:
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractors for each construction phase, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Monitor daily progress on job sites, ensuring timely completion of work to meet quality standards.
  • Update project schedules, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely completion of homes.
  • Maintain clean job sites and enforce safety measures in compliance with OSHA requirements.
  • Manage customer experience, including regular communication and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct homeowner orientation and buyer walks for satisfaction, and schedule and follow up on warranty repairs.
  • Foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and city officials.
  • Meet or exceed construction duration goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Adhere to company processes and procedures, performing assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with 2+ years in build-out construction.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and associated software.
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with a good driving record.
  • Flexibility in work schedule when necessary.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office and email proficiency.
  • Professional and ethical conduct in all business interactions.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated, with strong teamwork abilities.
