General Contractor seeking experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents to lead Food Processing and Cold Storage projects.
ROLE
- Oversee all construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and project managers
- Maintain quality control, especially for food and cold storage builds
- Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Solve problems as they come up and keep things moving
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- 4+ years in a Superintendent role, with experience in food processing or cold storage projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets
BASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000+
