Job DescriptionAn industry-leading local General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent who can lead commercial projects no less than 15MM. Valid project experience for this Superintendent will include a diverse multi-family background. Superintendent Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Projects of $15MM or more desirable
- Stable work history
- Strong ground-up multi-family
Superintendent Responsibilities :
- Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
- Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
- Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
- Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
