Job Description:- Oversee all phases of the construction process- Coordinate and direct all trades on project- Ensure compliance with contract documents including drawings, specs, RFIs, etc.- Plan and schedule project activities on a daily to weekly basis, as required- Prepare short term schedules and review schedule updates with project manager- Verify dimensions within design drawings and coordinate with shop drawings- Receive and maintain purchased materials and rented equipment- Directly supervise employees such as carpenters, laborers, etc.- Perform other duties as assigned- Management skills- Ability to read and comprehend architectural plans and specifications- Knowledge of scheduling and cost control- Knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures- Minimum of three years experience in scheduling, site supervision and quality control- Strong supervision, organizational and people skills- Ability to read and comprehend architectural plans and specificationsInterested parties should submit resume and references
