CTI is currently seeking a Superintendent/Foreman as a self-motivated, energetic individual to grow and work with a reputable general contractor in the Raleigh, NC area. Qualified candidate will be organized and willing to work with our team and subcontractors and will proactively seek to mesh as a team player in our team atmosphere.
Job Description:
- Project oversight and management. Examples include Capex projects, corrective construction, roofing, drainage, concrete & masonry, disaster restoration, and/or general repairs, etc.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations, field technicians and subcontractors to oversee projects, maintain project status, and ensure quality control is accounted for.
- Assist with material take-off, procurement, and staging.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person regarding project status, answer questions, and resolve any project related issues.
- Develop and maintain solid subcontractor and team relationships.
- Regularly maintain and ensure overall project safety.
- Work with local municipalities for any permits needed for specific jobs.
- Communicate with team members on project schedules, updates, and change orders.
- Assist with soliciting subcontractor pricing where applicable.
- Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player.
- Position will be hybrid containing field work as well as office/computer work.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in general construction, restoration, or trade construction.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle wide variety of projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proactively seek improvement and innovation.
- Basic towing and hauling of single and dual axel trailers.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
