This client is a is a leading commercial general contractor providing comprehensive construction-related services. They place particular emphasis on long-term relationships with clients, employees, and vendors. Located in Raleigh, NC, they are licensed in an eleven-state area along the eastern seaboard.You will oversee all work performed at the construction site and direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor. You will have responsibilities that include managing and executing the project schedule and budget, communicating, and enforcing a Safety Program, maintaining good relationships with internal and external clients, and providing regular jobsite progress and safety reports.You will also coordinate work with supervisory personnel and employees, engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to maintain budget and schedule constraints and to resolve construction issues. The ideal candidates for this role will be a strong leader who is highly organized, takes the initiative, and is able to rally the troops and keep things on track.This is a 50-employee, established company with a great culture and very low turnover that is looking for the right candidate for the long-haul. They have veterans on staff and appreciate what they bring to the table.Pay is DOE. Company truck, gas card and a per diem. Full benefits - medical, dental, vision, LTD/STD.
