The company is looking for two superintendents to join their team. The hiring manager, a West Point graduate and former Ranger Regiment Officer, is looking for strong leaders interested in learning the industry. He has hired talent from RecruitMilitary for the past eight years! This is a multi-year project. Construction experience is a big plus but not needed. This position is based out of Dumfries, VA. You can live within a communicable distance of the site. They are family-owned and operated. They still conduct business through relationships! You know, old school caring about the customer approach. Base pay, +COLA with the right experience. Completion bonuses too!
