Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent located in Kettering, OH on 1099 basis. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site management, ensuring construction safety, organizing project tasks, managing budgets, and overseeing project management on a day-to-day basis. Project starts Nov 1st and will run through early March.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management skills
• Organizational Skills and Budgeting expertise
• Experience in coordinating construction activities and ensuring site safety
• Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
