Job Description:

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects within the Facilities team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.

General Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

* Supervising construction crews including contractors, providing guidance, support and direction ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

* Collaborating with the Facilities team, and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans and strategies that meet project objectives.

* Monitoring and inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

* Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for construction activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective utilization.

* Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety records.

* Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.

* Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction management, Facilities or similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading teams, resolving conflicts, and driving performance to achieve project goals.

* Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices applicable to construction activities
