Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally and establish strong relationships with clients and partners
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, safety, and risk management
- Lead the project team, manage direct reports, and mentor junior staff
- Coordinate with Project Managers on project planning, change orders, and fiscal responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to building codes, quality standards, and subcontractor agreements
- Maintain safety compliance, material delivery, and project documentation
- Lead preconstruction meetings, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite walk-throughs
- Manage permits, inspections, and as-built documentation
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction experience
- Knowledge of building codes, project finances, and commercial construction practices
- Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, Stormwater Management, Fall Protection, and other safety certifications ideal
