As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our residential construction projects with expertise and precision.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.
3. Quality Assurance: Enforce construction standards, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
4. Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Problem Resolution: Proactively address challenges and find effective solutions to keep projects on track.
6. Communication: Foster clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
7. Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential construction.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Effective communication and leadership abilities.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
· Experience with MS Project, ProCore, or RedTeam a plus.
· OSHA certification preferred.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
· Relevant certifications and training in construction supervision.
