Job Title: Superintendent, $30/hr - $42/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent / Foreman to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $500k to $2 million. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 4-8 subcontractors, reading and following construction blueprints, keeping up with schedules, overseeing the submittal process, and maintaining daily logs and progress reports.
Responsibilities - Oversee 4-8 subcontractors on commercial construction projects.
- Manage projects ranging from $500k to $2 million.
- Read and follow construction blueprints and approved plans.
- Maintain schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Handle the submittal process for project documentation.
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.
Essential Skills - 1+ years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- Experience as a superintendent on commercial construction buildings.
- Experience managing projects valued at least $500k.
- Proficiency in carpentry, construction, and commercial construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - 1-5 years of superintendent work preferred.
