With a commitment to quality and safety, our Superintendents play a pivotal role in the success of every project, serving as the cornerstone for accomplishment.Qualifications: Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects. Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans. Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions. Encourage and guide your team to accomplish their goals. Using MS Project, establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input. Update MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team. Provide weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule. Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality standards. Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
