We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.The Construction Superintendent takes the leadership role on the job site ensuring prompt, efficient progress of the work. The Superintendent determines priorities for work to be done, based on the tasks schedule, project requirements, management direction and customer requirements.*We are open to this position being located in either the Columbus, Cincinnati, or Dayton area.Job Duties:Direct Supervision of all onsite subcontractors.Communicate to all site staff members any specific requirements for completing the project in a safe, timely, and profitable manner.Communicate with the customer or their onsite representative respective of the projects progress and any other requirements or issues that may arise.Ability to read and understand applicable plans and specifications, environmental regulations, fire and building codes that must be enforced on the site.Lead the following meetings (as applicable):Pre-Construction MeetingsSafety MeetingsProgress Schedule MeetingsInspectionsStore OpeningsKeep accurate daily records on each project.
