Position: Superintendent

As a Superintendent at Raymond Construction, you are the cornerstone of our project execution, ensuring smooth operations on-site and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. You will lead by example, driving quality, safety, and efficiency while delivering exceptional results for our clients. What You'll Do

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment across all project stakeholders, including field teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients.

• Lead jobsite meetings, coordinate logistics, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

Project Execution:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects align with plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Drive the timely completion of project deliverables, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

• Conduct regular inspections and hold subcontractors accountable for exceptional workmanship.

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Collaborate with project management to develop and maintain schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow for all trades.

• Manage and communicate schedule updates, addressing delays and optimizing timelines.

Safety & Compliance:

• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all company and industry regulations.

• Lead safety meetings, conduct inspections, and hold all team members accountable for maintaining a safe work environment.

Customer-Focused Solutions:

• Actively communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to address concerns and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
