Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction and a proven track record of managing projects with values up to $15 million or more. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and craftsmen, and ensuring that their projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of Commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to resolve challenges and optimize project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Superintendent in Commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour.
