Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications
• Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any challenges that arise
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting professional development and growth
• Resolve any issues or delays that may occur on-site in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• OSHA certification (preferred)
• Positive and outgoing personality
