Job Description
  • Site Management: Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Team Supervision: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction staff, ensuring productivity and safety.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect work for adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and building codes.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Material Management: Oversee the delivery and use of materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction site and project stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, including delays, changes, and budget adherence.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a superintendent role
  • Track record of running projects valued at more than $5m
  • Ground up experience in the commercial or multifamily sectors
  • Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines
  • Ability to interact with owners, subs, and teammates
