Job Description Construction Superintendent - Life Science -Marlborough, MA - Responsibilities
- Oversee field staff and report to the Superintendent Group Lead.
- Create detailed construction schedules, including task sequencing, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and address any deficiencies.

The Successful Applicant Construction Superintendent - Life Science -Marlborough, MA - Will have
- Experience managing $5M+ life sciences projects as a Superintendent.
- OSHA 30 certification and MA CSL.
- Strong collaborative skills, excellent time management, and communication abilities.
- Proven experience leading field staff.
