AZ General Contracting is a family owned General Contracting LLC that has grown too much for the one-man show we've been the past several years. Our portfolio includes residential remodels by room (kitchen & bath primarily), total home remodels, landscaping design, and commercial remodels. We are looking to expand our team to handle more than just one job at a time and to give our Founder, Curtis, a break from popping between or delaying the start of jobs. We are looking to hone in on our craft with added experience and deliver quality products to our customers.

Role Description

*SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE AND AVAILABILITY*

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor** at AZ General Contracting LLC located in the Greater Phoenix Area. Currently, we have jobs in North Scottsdale, Peoria, Gold Canyon, and Payson *out of town pay/fuel reimbursement is negotiable*. The Supervisor will oversee remodel/redesign/improvement projects, manage workers on-site from several different trades, document progress via photo, report employee performance, ensure compliance with safety regulations, perform laborous tasks* and communicate with the owner throughout the week and with our team at a weekly Tuesday morning meeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in construction management or 5-years on-the-job experience
• Willingness and ability to complete tasks (flooring, fixture installation, painting, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to problem solve or present alternative solutions
