Rapidly growing production home builder in North Central Florida seeks experienced Construction Superintendents to manage their residential projects, including quality control, adherence to the construction schedule, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of residential construction management experience. Additional qualities of successful candidates would include management experience in

• Bringing homes in on time and within budget
• Creating positive relationships with trade partners
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
