Job Description:
HTI is seeking an experienced Construction Contractor Coordinator with a Fortune 500 flooring manufacturer in Thomasville, NC. This position will be focused on supervising contractors onsite for large capital projects, including safety oversight and timeline adherence. This position is Direct Hire, Mon-Fri 1st shift (7AM-4PM). Pay starting at $29.73/hr.What They Offer:

What You Need:
  • 3+ years of plant facility maintenance experience required
  • 1+ years' experience in leadership roles preferred
  • 1+ year experience in construction preferred
What Your Role Will Look Like:The Construction Contractor Coordinator is responsible for supervising contractors, coordinating construction projects across the facility, and performing general facility maintenance.
  • Supervising all active contractor teams on-site
  • Overseeing construction projects on-site to ensure compliance with safety and quality expectations
  • Completing required company safety training for all contractors
  • Liaising with contractor teams to facilitate daily tasks and site knowledge
  • Leads projects as assigned, including but not limited to responding to breakdowns, coordinating responses to facility need events, and administration of special projects
  • Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and annually required inspects to remain compliant with all company safety regulations, OSHA requirements, local building codes, and insurance provider requirements
  • Attends all required and necessary technical and safety trainings
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management
  • Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
