The Construction Technology (CT) Specialist is responsible for the successful adoption, support, and maintenance of specific construction technology software and hardware for the organization. The CT Specialist will have a highly collaborative approach with users, learning and development, and other supporting roles to ensure the organization maximizes its investment in Construction Technology. Experience/Training:
- 3 + years of Experience in the Construction Industry
- Proven experience with Construction Industry Workflows, Best Practices, Software and Hardware
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining construction enterprise applications

Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations: (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)
- Configure, maintain, implement and support software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with the Data Team to ensure software integrations work consistently and effectively.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
- Work closely with the Security team to ensure software and hardware meets company security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor applications to meet organizational needs
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving application related issues in collaboration with internal and vendor technical support representatives.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiency
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in application administration to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify, research, and implement solutions to improve productivity, assure accuracy & reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities that support business initiatives, including automation of processes.
- Supports adoption of software and hardware through collaboration with Learning and Development team and others as a Subject matter expert to ensure training is relevant and up to date.
- Builds and maintain positive relationships with key vendor contacts
