The CT Specialist will have a highly collaborative approach with users, learning and development, and other supporting roles to ensure the organization maximizes its investment in Construction Technology.Experience/Training:3 + years of Experience in the Construction IndustryProven experience with Construction Industry Workflows, Best Practices, Software and HardwareProficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining construction enterprise applicationsCritical Skills:Organization and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentExcellent Communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate in a customer service environmentHigh level of ethics and confidentialityEffectively communicate information of a highly technical nature to non-technical customersExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsComprehensive understanding of technical environmentsPassionate about technology and innovationDuties, Responsibilities and Expectations: (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)Configure, maintain, implement and support software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Work closely with the Data Team to ensure software integrations work consistently and effectively.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performanceWork closely with the Security team to ensure software and hardware meets company security standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor applications to meet organizational needsProvide advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving application related issues in collaboration with internal and vendor technical support representatives.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsDocument procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiencyStay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in application administration to drive continuous improvement initiativesIdentify, research, and implement solutions to improve productivity, assure accuracy & reduce costs.Identify opportunities that support business initiatives, including automation of processes.Supports adoption of software and hardware through collaboration with Learning and Development team and others as a Subject matter expert to ensure training is relevant and up to date.Builds and maintain positive relationships with key vendor contactsBENEFITS:100% Medical & Dental premiums paid forHealth Savings Account (HSA) with Employer ContributionPTO & Holidays401k with matchLife Insurance & Disability paid forSupplemental Benefits availableAdditional Job InformationInterested applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
