Job DescriptionResidential construction company looking for a self-motivated construction laborer for day-to-day remodeling jobs. The candidate must be able to work along with a crew and have room for advancement as we are a growing company. Attention to detail and integrity are essential. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a positive can do attitude. Must be able to work in a team environment or alone if required. We are looking for a self-starter and time-efficient applicant, with a willingness to report to a foreman or project manager on each project. Basic carpentry tools are required.Required experience and skills:High school diploma2+ years of proven construction experienceExperience in some of the following areas: framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, painting, drywall repair, light plumbing and electrical, hardwoods and laminate installation, rot repair, and siding replacement.Ability to communicate with integrity and respect.Positive attitudeHigh attention to detail with a spirit of excellenceAbility to work independently and under pressureEnglish required; bilingual candidates preferredValid NC driver's license with a dependable vehicleAbility to lift 50+ poundsClean background check/valid SS# required#J-18808-Ljbffr
