Monetary and/or vacation days awarded every 90 days for good attendance. KIT offers competitive starting wages of $21-$23 DOE, $1,000 sign on bonus after 91 days of employment, $1,000 referral bonus; referral must be employed at least 91 days. KIT IS RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
* Siding and Exterior Finishers
* Framers - walls, ceiling, floors
* Drywall Tape & Texture - all levels of experience
* General Construction - all levels of experience
Primary Duties: Workers complete various construction tasks to build manufactured homes using construction equipment and tools. Available openings vary and departments hiring may include framing, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry/molding, sheet rock, drywall finishing, and roofing.
Requirements: Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time. Work is fast-paced and requires use of either manual or air tools. Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
