Description: Strategic thinking and Cross-pollination of ideas across industry domainsHelp our clients across multiple Industries and their functional areas with strategy, process and organization optimization and management, technology enablement/implementation, growth strategy, and enterprise transformation Assist Clients is Assessment and definition of their Data Blueprints, Data Strategy & Architecture, Data Management and Integration, Operating models inclusive of COE functions, BI/Analytics/Reporting Strategy, Data Visualization and Roadmap that supports their business goalsDeliver digital analytics professional services, solutions, and business development activities on strategic and global priority client accounts.Showcase Our Client capabilities to the client and suggest deployment of various models that can enhance the client's processes. Supporting assessment, design and implementation of strategic initiatives including risk tolerance, and risk management functionsContribute to the development of GTM Strategies with Technology PartnersShould understand challenges of Data ecosystem and focus on improving business performance, quality operations, and drive enterprise transformational strategy for our clientsDemonstrate strong technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. Stay abreast of new developments in advisory services capabilities, current business and industry trends relevant to our clientsParticipate as a panelist/speaker in key events to create presence and be up to date with industry trends.Explain data related concepts to junior members of the teamMentor enterprise-wide digital reimagination/transformation programsLeverage existing client relationship to identify and acquire new business opportunities Foster client relationships at appropriate levelsBuild connect with Client's Senior Leadership and work with Clients to develop clear Data and Analytics Strategy that supports their business goalsCreate Reference Customers for Our Client and influence revenue streams for Our ClientDocument Initiatives run in advisory mode as Case studies and explain the same to other TOur Client colleagues Preparing position papers highlighting client requirements, market trends, business priorities, etcHelp translate market sentiments into Our Client's strategy & offerings roadmap in the Analytics & Insights spaceManage and lead a team of junior/mid level Consultants, Set Goals and objective for the next level team, conduct their appraisal and supervise their performance, mentor themManage associate profiling process for technical expertise improvement, role progression, business domain expertiseHelp with assessment and hiring of associatesCreate and track opportunities for Our Client's and report progress to Our client's management
