Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Human Capital Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to join our Dublin or Atlanta, GA office. As a member of the Consulting team, the Human Capital Consultant will support projects and workstreams that help organizations manage and improve their business performance and operations. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to project/program management, HR service delivery, business process re-engineering, workforce strategy and talent management, change management, employee engagement, organizational design, training, leadership development, and diversity, equity & inclusion. The Human Capital Consultant will actively participate as a member of a project team to identify, recommend, develop, and implement programs, processes and frameworks that deliver required results in support of the overall objectives of our clients. This position requires interaction with clients at all levels, various vendors, and 3rd party consultants.Responsibilities
- Lead key activities or deliverables pertaining to a project workstream, manage team members, plan and prioritize work assignments, and propose next steps.
- Execute against and assist in formulating technical approaches, frameworks and methodologies based on guidance received from leadership.
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics.
- Design and conduct initial quality review of project deliverables (e.g., briefings, presentations, reports/dashboards, trainings, communications, standard operations procedures).
- Support the execution of project management activities (e.g., risk/issue tracking, action item tracking, compilation and delivery of meeting agendas and notes).
- Perform and synthesize market research including, but not limited to, industry standards, benchmarks, technologies, best practices; understand how information can shape strategic conversations, methodologies, and approaches.
- Prepare technical reports through the collection and analysis of information and trends.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and whitepapers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus within business, human resources, organizational psychology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business consulting or professional services, human resources, learning and development, talent strategy, or federal government
- Experience in & an understanding of the federal landscape, including supporting programs, processes, policy, and technology
- Experience working with mid to senior decision makers on the client side of business
- Fundamental analytical, critical thinking, and conceptual reasoning abilities
- Excellent documentation skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
