• Ensure project activities and objectives are accomplished.
• Provide consulting services in program planning, strategy development, execution, evaluation, and policy development.
• Contribute to the development of deliverables and technical reports.
• Lead or assist in client and project team discussions and meetings.
• Perform tasks requiring advanced technical knowledge in the specialty area.
