Position Details: Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Davie, FL is currently looking for a Data Scientist I to join their expanding team. Job Title: Data Scientist I (Python, SQL) / Temp-to-Perm Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months Location: Davie, FL Note: The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract. You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan Job Description: Data Engineer Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am 5 pm Temp to Perm role: Possibility based on workers performance and openings Duration: 1 year contingent assignment Core essential skill sets candidates must have to be considered for the role: 1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. 2. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to extract, clean and analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models using SQL / non SQL data sets, 3. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and processes. 4. Knowledge of data pipeline development, integration and management is required. 5. Qualification: Master's or PhD in Data Science - college fresh or with one year experience. Screening Requirements: 1. Medical Screenings: a) Vision Screen - Near, Far, Color, Depth and Peripheral b) Spirometry & OSHA Respirator Questionnaire 2. Basic Background 3. 12-panel w/Fentanyl Job Description: a. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets from manufacturing processes to derive actionable insights. b. Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models to define process performance. c. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, etc., to support data-driven decision-making. d. Machine Learning: Apply machine learning algorithms to optimize process development and manufacturing processes. e. Data Visualization: Create visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support strategic planning.
