Our consultants collaborate across sectors, including government agencies, judicial systems, non-governmental organizations, and community-based organizations. Together, we work to enhance access to services and promote data-informed decision-making to drive sustainable structural improvements.

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement data-driven strategies for systemic change.
• Provide expert consultation in your field, ensuring the highest standards of inclusivity and accessibility.
• Conduct assessments, program evaluations, or needs analyses to guide improvements.
• Design and lead workshops, trainings, and curriculum development based on your area of expertise.
• Engage with diverse communities to promote cultural competency and sustainable impact.
• Work remotely, coordinating across multiple time zones and virtual environments.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in one or more of the listed subject areas.
• Experience working with government agencies, non-profits, or community-based organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality assessments, evaluations, and training materials.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and justice, reflected in past projects and professional experiences.
• Multilingual abilities and lived experience are highly valued.
