Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Arlington, VA Engineering and Due Diligence DepartmentAs our new Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team providing state-of-the-art scientific, technical, and strategic assistance to an international client base. Currently we anticipate a hybrid work structure (approximately 3 days per week in the office) including reviewing project-related materials and writing reports, and occasional site visits (including some local/regional travel).Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Conduct environmental due diligence audits for industrial and commercial transactions, including standard Phase I Environmental Site Assessments consistent with ASTM standards and custom reports tailored to client-specific needs.Conduct limited environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities, primarily (but not exclusively) in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S.Prepare concise reports that assess potential environmental liabilities and compliance at manufacturing/commercial facilities.Provide general environmental compliance support to clients across a variety of regulatory program areas, including hazardous waste, wastewater/stormwater discharges, air emissions, chemical/spill prevention, and Community Right-to-Know regulations.Present findings in meetings and in email communications with project team members and industrial, commercial real estate, legal, and financial sector clients.Support multiple projects and meet high-quality standards on project deliverables.Your starting point for growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the Company.
