Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters.
  • Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery by managing and coordinating the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruitment consultants (if any), sharing best practices, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to offer strategic advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and alignment with client requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in recruitment strategies, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years of significant focus on the Life Science industry.
  • Experience working in international or multi-location recruitment is advantageous.
