Banking's CAO office continues to expand in responsibilities and a Consultant is required to assist in complex activities such as working on 5 Year Strategy, analyzing Banking deposits, creating business cases and developing capital requests. This role also has high exposure to senior managers across Banking and Markets and is needed to take a proactive role in creating formal materials for Board meetings and Operating Reviews.

Major Duties:

1. Assists in carrying out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact

2. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

3. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

4. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)

5. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas

6. Delivers a work product that requires less revision

7. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Knowledge:

* More technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

* In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

* Highly flexible and adaptable to change

* Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.

* Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.

Experience:

* A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
