Consultant, Technology Consulting, Digital & Emerging Technologies (Backend Engineering) Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1531853), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ.
Work with a software development engineering team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying new and existing software application programs. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
