As a Consultant, Workforce Management, you will serve as a subject matter expert in forecasting methodologies, data analysis, and workforce management strategies for the contact center. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by accurately predicting volumes and workloads through detailed forecasting models, optimize resource allocation, and provide analytical insights to support business decisions. You will function as a resource for internal and external business partners for continuous business process improvement efforts within and across the organization.
