Consulting Manager, PMO LeadJOB SUMMARYWe're seeking a Manager-level PMO Lead to support a critical digital services initiative for a federal client. This project involves building and managing a pilot program to recruit and onboard 100 senior tech executives, addressing the challenge of sourcing high-level talent for key technology roles within the government.RESPONSIBILITIESAs the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, overseeing a team, and ensuring the program's successful execution across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with leadership to implement a strategy that enhances efficiency and accelerates the hiring process. This role will involve co-managing a core team of up to 24 members, including subcontractors, with a focus on project tracking, reporting, and quality control.As a Manager, you'll provide strategic advice and solutions to optimize business performance and achieve organizational goals. Managers lead project teams, conduct in-depth analyses, and guide a team to develop actionable recommendations to address complex business challenges. The role requires strong client relationship management skills, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable results. Additionally, the Manager mentors junior staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of consulting excellence.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful federal project. This is a full-time Consulting Manager role with Totem. Further details are provided below for standard Totem projects.Occasional travel may be required for client workshops or onsite presence. Travel is more an exception than the norm. Totem typically defines local travel as travel that is within 50 miles of the client's location. As needed and directed by the client, staff may be required to travel locally to the client's location. Local travel will not be reimbursed by Totem.
