What will be your challenge:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Life Sciences Partner and Leader for the US. Directly reporting to the Country Leader and to the Life Sciences Global Senior Partner, you will be involved in a global team as a key member of our leadership, and play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering transformative solutions to our life sciences clients in the US.

You will lead engagements, cultivate relationships, and drive business growth in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities:

You will drive and develop the practice, lead projects on MedTech and Pharma clients, focusing on both the strategic and technology sides.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive growth and innovation within the practice staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Lead sales efforts, identify new opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and Development.
  • Assume accountability for the commercial success of the Life Sciences Business Unit, driving revenue growth through effective project delivery, client satisfaction and expansion of services.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a track record of success in consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
  • Life sciences industry experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.), or Fortune 500 company would be preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong client management skills at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business development efforts, including selling, prospecting, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Proven experience in understanding and managing EBITDA targets and delivering against personal targets (revenue, GP, P&L management).
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field required, advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred.
  • Ability to rapidly self-teach and a self-motivated desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working.

**The base salary range for this role is $230,000-$280,000**
