The Support Administrator provides workflow support to the Consulting Practice Group team members including Shareholders in multiple service lines utilizing a pooling method for administrative work assignments. In addition, the Support Administrator serves as an SME and liaison between Consulting team members and operations team members to encourage process consistency. As a member of the Consulting Practice Group, professional presence is expected and adherence to the firm's mission, vision, and values is critical to the practice group's success. This role is hourly.

Essential Functions

* Provide senior level administrative workflow support for consulting team members to include reacting to pooled requests and consideration to proactive measures that may be taken in anticipation of requests

* Serve as subject matter expert for administrative tasks within the practice

* Develop an understanding and proficiency in using firm applications and software specifically including SharePoint, CaseWare, and Smartsheet

* Prepare, format, edit, quality check and process engagement letters and other correspondence

* Set up new customers and engagements in various applications and follow up with managers and shareholders as necessary to ensure proper documentation is in place and firm procedures are being followed

* Proofread final reports or other customer deliverables for grammar, spelling, and overall formatting.

* Collaborate with other Consulting Practice Group admin team members in other offices and share work virtually or in person

* Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics, including reservations, catering, and audio-visual equipment in collaboration with firm logistics team

* Work closely with manager and other key stakeholders to receive and implement timely feedback to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction

* Build and develop strong working relationships with shareholders and team members to understand and meet customer needs and manager expectations

* Handle scanning, copying, and filing as requested

* Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

* At least 3 years of relevant work experience

* Strong grammar and punctuation skills

* Attention to quality, with an eye for accuracy and detail

* Exceptional proofreading skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Flexibility and ability to work well independently

* Strong team player

* Strong computer skills, with intermediate proficiency in MS Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook

* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
