Job Description:

We are looking for a Consumer and In-Salon Studies Coordinator for a top beauty company in New York, New York!

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with managing our Consumer Claims Testing Program - approx. 25 studies/year
  • Helps with recruitment for each study w/attention to study requirements.
  • Corresponds directly with study participants (75/study) and helps with shipment of test products to them by creating shipping labels, maintaining current record of participant profiles and tracking details.
  • Monitors completion of each study (4-weeks/study) for each participant and rewarding completion with a gift (second shipment) and registration link for shopping at our company store.
  • Maintains an evergreen inventory of brand's items for gifting purposes.
  • Helps to build the study in our software system and can access the data in real time to prompt reminders to participants.
  • Assists with overall study reporting, which is then shared with Global Marketing, RAI Claims and Valorization Teams for claims substantiation.
  • To manage overall recruitment of our Testing Program, both Consumer and In-Salon.
  • Assists any new models/participants in our testing program with registration, creation of profile, and skin allergy testing when applicable.
  • Ensures new models are rotated quickly into our testing calendar for in-salon models.
  • Is responsible for all social media IG/FB postings as they relate to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills – must be a user of excel
  • High level of customer service
  • Some experience with social media, esp. IG and FB, video editing
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft suite – Outlook and Teams
  • Cosmetology license preferred but not required; Spanish speaking nice to have.
