We are looking for a detailed individual to provide specialized consumer benefits services to persons receiving services of Bridgeway specifically assuming day to day management and implementation of the Representative Payee Services Program. Provide support related to Representative Payee Services and consumer benefits and entitlements. To learn more about this position, please read the summarized list of duties below:

• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements and Bridgeway expectations.
• Provide specialized entitlement, consumer benefits counseling and skills training services to individuals receiving services through Bridgeway.
• Ensure orientation of consumers to representative payee services policies and procedures.
• Maintain accounting documentation of all financial transactions of each individual receiving representative payee services.
• Ensure that consumer basic needs are met including paying bills and involving consumers as much as possible.

Prefer bachelor's degree or Associates degree with one to two years related financial experience. Also experience in human services desirable.
