- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email regarding foreclosure.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in our tracking system.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and address customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with CFPB regulations to maintain ethical standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support our team.
Position Requirements About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
