Job Overview
The Administrator of Consumer Support will serve as a mentor to the support staff. They will ensure workflows and monitor activity of all products from input to closing. Serve as the point of contact for customer service, compliance and legal departments in preparation of EOscar Reports, CRA and Customer Complaints. Work with staff on questions and more complex situations prior to engaging supervisor.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the workflow of all Consumer loan applications. Ensure loans are properly input into the Harland (consumer loans) and TSYS (credit cards) systems by Consumer Loan Support staff.
- Oversee the accurate and efficient document preparation of the loan closing packages for distribution to the branch.
- Performs Credit bureau updates. Prepares written response to consumer loan applicant's credit disputes and utilizes the functionality of the Bank's enterprise-wide complaint log.
- Handles the billing and is the source of contact for Credit Bureau Vendors. Provides access to users of credit bureaus in Administrator capacity. Runs soft pulls of bureaus to support other departments.
- Reporting: Business Credit Card Monthly and CRA, Quarterly Credit Reporting Review, Quarterly E-Oscar Extract Report, Quarterly Credit Reporting Review, E-Oscar Monthly audits, Indirect Loans Daily Report.
- Performs New Dealer setup and any Dealer updates in system maintenance. Adds new dealers in Route One /Dealer Track (Indirect).
- Performs OFAC checks and verifies Consumer Fraud Alerts.
- Review credit disputes for Consumer, Mortgage and Credit Card loans on the E-Oscar online Program. Communicate both written and verbally how consumer's accounts were handled and reason for handling in the particular manner in the required time as allotted by the regulators. Perform accurate due diligence with the heightened focus on consumer protection by the CFPB and other regulatory agencies.
- Assist management during internal and external audits in providing information to the auditors or regulators.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate PC skills including email, general understanding of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of regulations pertaining to Credit.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to organize priorities and delegate assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required and a minimum of 5 years of related credit investigation experience working with consumer loans.
