MissPoppins is a technology startup that is re-imaging the modern digital village to revolutionize the Art of Parenting. Our platform re-invents the traditional support network for raising a child by integrating a marketplace that connects parents with expert coaches and a supportive community, all accessible through a single app.

What you will do:
You will report to the CEO with a focus on go-to-market and business development, growth, marketing strategy, aligned with our goals and vision. The ideal candidate will feel empowered to break down complex problems into actionable and scalable solutions, in a scrappy, innovative manner for a very early-stage start-up environment. You will be comfortable shifting seamlessly between getting your hands dirty in CAC analysis to high-level strategic thinking. Building a nuanced understanding of our clients, practitioners and their needs will be core to success in this role, and undergoing thoughtful user research to refine MissPoppins' messaging and brand will be essential. We are looking for someone with the analytical mindset to build insightful dashboards and make decisions strongly rooted in data, who can also ideate creative solutions with an eye for design, different formats and avenues of marketing. Most of all, we are looking for someone passionate about disrupting the status quo of parent-tech support/care, and building a future where comprehensive, seamless, affordable experience is available to all.
