On Time Staffing is seeking consumer service representatives for our warehouse in Millville, NJ!
Starting pay rate: $18 per hour
Shifts:
- Monday through Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Description:The Contact Center Agent will handle a high volume of inbound calls and e-mails and should seek to create a positive experience for each consumer. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and appropriate response in an efficient manner.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls and e-mails about product information, warranty claims, locations to purchase products, etc. in a timely manner
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers by taking the extra mile
- Work with various departments as needed to help resolve customer issues
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous consumer support experience
- Dependable
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Strong written communication skills (e-mails/letters)
- Consumer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual communication (written and verbal) is a plus
- Office is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Must be flexible to work within those hours.
