Job Title: Consumer Support Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consumer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide essential support to consumers enrolled in our program by assisting with inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring a positive experience. This hybrid position requires an initial remote setup, with potential on-site work once the facility is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist consumers with questions and provide comprehensive information about the program.
- Help consumers navigate program requirements and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and ensure consumer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of consumer interactions and follow established protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Schedule and Availability:
- Availability required from Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Hybrid work arrangement with initial remote work capability.
