Contact Center Agent (On-Site)

Hourly Pay: $16/hr.

Brandt Information Services, headquartered in Tallahassee, FL, is seeking enthusiastic individual to work as an on-site Contact Center Agent for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. In this role, you will be the friendly voice assisting customers with Captive Wildlife applications.

Candidates must be available to work at least 3 hours per day between the hours of 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and a minimum of 3 days per week.

Position Responsibilities:

* Answer phones to assist with processing - assists customers with specifying status and helping the customer with what they need to keep their application moving forward

Position Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED.

* Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.

* Solid computer and internet skills.

* Must pass a Level 2 background check.

* Schedule is flexible but would need to be prearranged with Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission Captive Wildlife staff.

* Work on-site at 620 S Meridian St, Tallahassee, FL

Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to pass a thorough background check as required by Brandt's state agency clients, certain projects require a fingerprint background check which remain on file with the state agency for the duration of employment. This check is a standard procedure and is essential to meet the contractual requirements with our government agency partners. Candidates with a clear criminal background will be considered for the position, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the trust and integrity of our partnerships with state agencies.
