Apply Today!**The Contact Center Operator functions in a fast-paced environment answering calls for multiple primary care and specialty practices. Assures that each patient interaction is carried out with courtesy, care, and consistency while performing a variety of tasks to appropriately handle the patient/caller's requests. Tasks are related to appointment scheduling, telephone call triage, and gathering all appropriate information. At a minimum, must perform Washington Health System Core Contact Center Operator Skills & Responsibilities.Responsibilities:
Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the patient/caller.Answer incoming calls and respond to patient/caller's requests.Making outbound calls, which include, but are not limited to, rescheduling, and confirming appointments as assigned by management.Schedule appointment correctly - review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with patient.Use sound judgment in handling calls and de-escalating upset callersShift: Monday - Friday; Daylight hours.Hours per week: 40Department: WHS Physicians GroupInternal Posting: 10/10/24-10/17/24#ZRBenefits:
