Job DescriptionTruGreen is currently hiring a Contact Center Sales Representative who will receive inbound and places outbound calls to sellor upsell new and existing customers by assessing their needs and suggesting or offering alternative products or services. These positions include a competitive hourly rate of pay plus commission and company benefits with 401K options after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming or place outbound customer/prospect calls regarding various products and services.
Obtains and enters accurate data while speaking with potential leads or customers to provide complete information and assistance to TruGreen customer/leads.
Identify needs of customer and deliver services and/or products that are specific to the customer need in order to generate revenue.
Promote products and/or services.
Closes sales to achieve objectives utilizing consultative sales.
Successfully complete all training courses after hire date.
Generates sales of residential lawn care services to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound contacts via telephone and/or digital channels in support of targeted marketing campaigns.
Quotes prices, negotiates with customer, and closes the sale.
Collects customer contact information for every sale.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required.
2+ years of Sales, telemarketing, and or call center experience with commission opportunities required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook
Knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling)
Data Entry Skills with computer
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service

Pay Ranges$31,819.00 - $58,865.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
