Murrey's Disposal, a Waste Connections company, seeks a dedicated and safety-conscious Container Delivery Driver to join our team. Apply today to join Murrey's Disposal and make a difference in your community!Location: Fife, WASchedule: Monday to Friday, day shift starting at 6 AM, with 40 to 50 hours per week based on operational needsCompensation: Starting wages begin between $21.00 to $23.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:* Operate a garbage truck safely along designated routes to collect solid waste.* Read and follow route sheets, providing service to each customer as assigned by the dispatcher.* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.* Perform physically demanding tasks such as loading and unloading, often without assistance.* Interact courteously with customers and complete additional job-related tasks as needed.Working Conditions:* This position requires extensive physical activity, including lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 50 pounds.* You will work in various outdoor conditions, which may include wet or humid weather, as well as exposure to fumes and vibrations.
